Side story: We also got a new flat screen tv for Christmas. As I was putting the dresser together, I saw Ink jump into the middle of dresser face which is seen in the last picture above. I screamed no, because I thought he might break the face when landing on it.

I immediately turned my attention to where he possibly could have been jumping from to see the new TV wobbling almost 30 degrees back and forth and had to jump around the living room full of dresser pieces to prevent it from toppling.

Thankfully, Ink has stayed off the TV since that harrowing incident.

We have plans maybe in the fall of next year to redo the front window along with the front stoop. We aren’t sure if the front window configuration is original but you are probably right that it isn’t quite orginal. Though a number of the houses do have a similar large front window flanked by two double hung windows. The current replacement window probably just mimicked that configuration.

Sounds like you have taken on quite the project (which Thor gets honestly)! Toooo bad we can’t be there to help, can you imagine Ron and Randy both working on the place??? Sorry that can’t be right now but we wish you lots of luck and hope to see a lot more pic’s.
